• Children and Minors: Children should present a valid identification document (ID card or passport), where applicable according to their age and legal requirements. For minors traveling with parents or legal guardians, the accompanying adult may be asked to provide proof of relationship or legal guardianship.
• Foreign Guests: Foreign citizens are required to present a valid identification document, such as a passport or national ID card. No additional migration card, visa, or registration documents are required for check-in.
• Online Registration: For a faster check-in experience, guests may complete registration in advance by sending a copy of their identification document to the hotel via email.
• Payment: Any outstanding charges for accommodation or additional hotel services must be settled in full before departure. Payment can be made by card or cash in the local currency.
• Key Return: Upon check-out, guests are required to return the room key to the reception desk.
• Luggage Storage: If needed, the hotel offers complimentary luggage storage for up to 48 hours after check-out.

If you prefer a room with a balcony, please inform the hotel in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Quiet Hours

To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours are observed after midnight.

Guests are kindly requested to avoid excessive noise, loud music, or other disturbances during this time and to be considerate of other guests staying at the hotel.

Damage to Hotel Property

Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of the hotel's rooms, facilities, furniture, equipment, and other property during their stay.

Any damage to hotel property will be assessed by the hotel, and the applicable repair or replacement charges may be added to the guest's account and must be settled prior to departure.
